Shipping

What are your delivery times?

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)

Express Shipping (2-4 business days)

You will receive your order within 7 business days from the shipping date, depending on where you are in the continental U.S. and the shipping service selected; or 2-4 weeks if you are located outside the continental U.S. We do not ship on the weekends or U.S. holidays, and we also don't offer a Saturday delivery option. Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.  

How much will shipping cost?

Great news! We offer free ground shipping over $250 – automatically applied during checkout.

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

Yes! Our orders normally take 1-3 business days to process. We estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days from the shipping date if you are located within the continental U.S. And, 2-4 weeks for orders delivered outside the continental U.S. We do not ship on the weekends or U.S. holidays, and we also don't offer a Saturday delivery option. Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.

How can I cancel my order?

We would gladly assist you in canceling your order, but only if your order has not been shipped. If you have an order cancellation request, please emailstoreops@sitkasemsch.comat least 2 hours after the purchase and we’ll be happy to help you. Please note that our distribution center is always trying to make your package arrive as soon as possible, so it may not always be possible to issue a cancellation. If the cancellation is not possible, don't worry we’ll work through it! Once you receive your package, emailstoreops@sitkasemsch.comto begin your return process.

What if I receive the wrong product?

The fastest way to ensure you get your desired item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate your order and make it right. 

Product

How do I return my product?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your sayasitkasemsch.com order, thus we will accept your return of product in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging within 30 days of your purchase. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to complete this transaction.   

We do not accept returns for items discounted 55% or more, gift cards, jewelry, and custom orders. Please email storeops@sitkasemsch.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

$30 fee* for international returns that will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed.


To start a return, you can contact us at storeops@sitkasemsch.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 7 to 10 business days after receiving confirmation, for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Do you offer extended warranties?

Due to the delicate nature of our designs, we are unable to repair damage caused by regular wear and tear. However, for any manufacturing defects within one year of purchase, please emailstoreops@sitkasemsch.comWe will be happy to assist. Please have your original proof of purchase available, we will need proof of purchase at the time of repair.
